Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Reseen mobile application (the "Service") operated by Reseen ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Disclaimer of Affiliation
Reseen is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their affiliates. "Instagram" is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Use of Service & Account Risk
You acknowledge and agree that your use of Reseen is at your own risk. The Service interacts with the Instagram platform, and such interactions are subject to Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
Important Warning Regarding Account Safety
We are not responsible for any actions taken by Instagram against your account, including but not limited to temporary blocks, shadowbans, action blocks, or permanent suspensions. By using Reseen, you accept full responsibility for any consequences to your Instagram account.
3. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as weekly, monthly, or annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Reseen, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Service.
We assume no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our Service; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein; (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party.
5. "As Is" and "As Available" Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
